Ingredients
- 2 lbs Fish fillet (Salmon, Tilapia or others)
- 5 Tbsp BALI’S BEST® Sweet Soy
- 1 Tbsp fresh Ginger, peeled and grated
- 4 Garlic cloves, finely grated
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp Chabe® Sambal Sriracha Chili (for spicy option)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate fish in refrigerator about 2-3 hours.
- Grill while basting with marinade until cooked. Or bake in oven at 320 F until cooked (20-30 minutes).
- Serve warm with rice and include a saucer of Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy as a dip for additional flavor.
