Ingredients
- 4 Red Beets, cooked & peeled
- 3 oz Leaf Lettuce, mixed
- 6 Green Onions
- 1 Dill, bunch
- 1 Parsley, bunch
- 1 Mint sprig
- 2 Tbsp BALI’S BEST® Sweet Soy
- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut beets into very thin slices.
- Chop spring onions.
- Wash and pluck leaves from dill, parsley, & mint sprigs.
- Whisk BALI’S BEST® Sweet Soy, vinegar, oil, salt & pepper together to make dressing.
- Mix in beets and let them marinate for 2 minutes.
- Mix in the green onion, dill, parsley, and mint.
- Plate and serve.
