Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
- 2 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy
- Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Remove outer layer from Brussels sprouts. Trim ends & cut sprouts into halves.
- In a large bowl, toss together olive oil, Bali’s Best Sweet Soy, salt & pepper. Add Brussels sprouts & toss evenly.
- Lightly oil a sheet pan, spread out sprouts cut side down & roast for 15 minutes.
- Turn sprouts to cut side up and roast for 10-15 minutes more until gently browned.
