Sweet Soy Glazed Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large Shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 small Lemon, juiced
  • 3 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Green onion, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy, garlic and lemon in a small bowl.
  2. Add half of the sauce to the shrimp & marinate for 30 min.
  3. Heat butter in a medium skillet and add the shrimp. Discard excess marinade.
  4. Turn heat to medium high, add salt & pepper to taste & stir-fry until shrimp turns pink (about 2 min. each side).
  5. Pour other half of sauce over shrimp & cook briefly until sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
