Ingredients:
- 1 lb large Shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 small Lemon, juiced
- 3 Tbsp Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Green onion, chopped
Instructions:
- Whisk together Bali’s Best® Sweet Soy, garlic and lemon in a small bowl.
- Add half of the sauce to the shrimp & marinate for 30 min.
- Heat butter in a medium skillet and add the shrimp. Discard excess marinade.
- Turn heat to medium high, add salt & pepper to taste & stir-fry until shrimp turns pink (about 2 min. each side).
- Pour other half of sauce over shrimp & cook briefly until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
