We bring to you from the Island of Java, a thick, rich & flavorful ingredient that was once only available to chefs in Southeast Asia. Bali’s Best Sweet Soy, created from premium grade black soybeans that are prized for their flavor and nutritional value, undergoes 6 months of natural fermentation. The soy extracted from the black soybeans is from the first press, meaning that it is created from the first extraction which has the richest and highest nutrition level, without the degradation of flavor, quality, or nutrients that come from the second and third press of the same beans.

The naturally brewed soy base is then combined with sun-dried palm sugar and Indonesian spices to create Bali’s Best Sweet Soy that adds depth of flavor, natural color and gloss to dishes.
